Post-cranial traits:
Single anterior calcaneal facet.

Spinal Joint Disease:
Presence of vertebral osteophytes on one of the lumbar vertebrae, specifically the superior body of L4.  Schmorl's nodes were noted on the inferior vertebral bodies of the 11th thoracic & 3rd lumbar vertebrae, and on the superior vertebral bodies of the 11th & 12th thoracic vertebrae.
