East - West, with the feet to the East.  Skeleton was extended.

Cranial traits:
Presence of supra-orbital foramina noted.

Post-cranial traits:
Anterior calcaneal facet absent.

Dental Pathology:
Slight to moderate dental calculus and crowding of the dentition.

Pathology:
Trauma.  The right 3rd metatarsal showed evidence of a completely healed fracture to the proximal shaft.  The distal part of the shaft having been displaced medially.
